Duane joined RMS in March of 2019 as an account administrator and client services representative. As a native of Washington, D.C., he has accumulated years of financial and technical experience as a federal government MWOB 8(a) contractor with agencies that include the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).

He received his bachelor of science in social science from UMUC as well as an associate of applied science from Montgomery College. He relishes his time reading and learning new technologies.
